Job Description:

Join a busy Emergency Department as an ER Registered Nurse in Jefferson, NC. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing care to a diverse patient population from newborns to centenarians. This role involves managing IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and responding to various emergency situations in a fast-paced setting. With a focus on patient safety and efficient communication using SBAR, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering quality care. The unit features 12 beds and requires familiarity with MediTech documentation. Prepare to pass an EKG test prior to your start, and enjoy a supportive environment with 24 hours of hospital orientation to set you up for success. Every third weekend work is a requirement, and the role offers an opportunity for first-time travelers to gain valuable experience.
