Job Description:

Join our team as a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Chicago, providing vital support in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units. This 13-week contract features 12-hour night shifts from 7p to 7:30a, offering a comprehensive experience working across NICU, PICU, CCU, and acute care floors. You'll be working every other weekend, specializing in pediatric critical care with a focus on acute, high-stakes environments. This role is perfect for seasoned RRTs with at least two years of recent pediatric ICU experience, ready to bring their expertise and a touch of playfulness to serious work. Each shift demands hands-on skills in multiple pediatric areas, with careful attention to infection control and documentation standards. Candidates must have a current IL RRT license, appropriate vaccination documentation, and all required certifications submitted at the time of application. Clear communication with the management team and adherence to dress code and EMR protocols are essential to success in this fast-paced setting.
