Job Description:

Join a dedicated emergency room team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, for a 13-week travel assignment as an ER RN. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a), with most shifts scheduled back-to-back to maximize your days off. You will engage in fast-paced, high-pressure situations within a facility that offers 10 inpatient beds and 8 ED bays. The unit's focus on a point of care approach means you'll utilize your experience in a collaborative environment, coordinating with paramedics, other RNs, and team members to deliver seamless patient care. Candidates must have 3-5+ years of ER experience, at least one completed travel contract, and certifications including AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Expect to float to various facilities within a 60-mile radius, providing help where needed, and participate in a flexible weekend and holiday schedule. This role presents a chance to gain diverse clinical exposure in a supportive setting, working with a cohesive team committed to effective patient outcomes.
