Job Description:

Join a large and bustling Emergency Department as an ER Registered Nurse on a 16-week contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment with a patient population ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. You'll be responsible for managing a 1:4 patient ratio in a 59-bed ER that handles approximately 165-175 patients daily. The position requires experience in Epic and Pyxis systems, and candidates must have completed at least three prior ER contracts with no exceptions for first-timers. Responsibilities include responding to diverse emergency cases, maintaining swift and accurate care, and working the expected shift of 12-hour mids from 1:00 pm to 1:00 am. This assignment is perfect for seasoned ER travelers who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are comfortable working in an environment with high patient turnover.
