Job Description:

Join our team as a critical care RN at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyoming, where you'll be at the forefront of managing patient care in a rural setting. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour day shifts with guaranteed hours after orientation, handling critically ill patients requiring advanced skills. You will work alongside another RN, float to MedSurg, ER, or postpartum units as needed, and utilize sophisticated equipment like Alaris IV pumps, cardiac monitors, and defibrillators. The role emphasizes independence with scheduled on-call shifts, and requires a minimum of two years of ICU experience, Wyoming RN licensure, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. This assignment blends clinical expertise with a touch of adventure, with the chance to impact rural healthcare delivery directly.
