Job Description:

This ICU/PCU nursing role in Silverdale offers a 13-week contract working 12-hour day shifts. You'll be providing specialized critical care to adult patients with conditions such as sepsis, COPD, Covid, pneumonia, and post-surgical recovery. The unit operates with high acuity patients requiring advanced skills like managing Swans, Prismaflex CRRT, and IABP equipment. Expect to perform titrations of ICU drips, interpret monitor strips, and collaborate with a dedicated team including in-house intensivists, pharmacists, and RTs. The role includes charge nurse responsibilities and the opportunity to float across floors as needed, keeping your skills sharp and your workday engaging.
