Job Description:

Seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a prestigious teaching hospital in Charleston, SC for a 13-week contract. This role involves working three consecutive 12-hour shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with the possibility of holiday shifts when they fall on scheduled days. The position offers the chance to perform advanced imaging in both radiology and cardiology settings, utilizing Siemens equipment. The tech will be responsible for obtaining and verifying ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification, maintaining BLS certification, and ensuring compliance with radiation safety standards (though a radiation badge is not required). Experience in a Level 1 Trauma hospital and proficiency with Epic charting are preferred. This is an on-site opportunity within a magnet facility that values teamwork and precise imaging work. The schedule guarantees 40 hours weekly with the facility’s policy allowing call-offs for up to one shift per two weeks.
