Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse position involves providing advanced emergency care in a 29-bed facility with a focus on trauma stabilization and multispecialty interventions. The role requires managing a variety of acuity levels, including MedSurg, Stepdown, and ICU, while working 12-hour night shifts for a 13-week assignment. Traveling nurses will perform procedures such as ventilator management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and conscious sedation, all while collaborating with ED physicians, hospitalists, and support staff. The environment is fast-paced, but the unit is known for being traveler-friendly, with clear expectations around professionalism, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols.
