Job Description:

This ICU nursing contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a critical care setting that challenges your skills in ventilated patient management, drips titration, and complex diagnoses such as respiratory failure and post-trauma recovery. You will be responsible for providing primary ICU care during 12-hour night shifts, with the chance to engage in procedures like PEG tube feedings, CVC/PICC line care, and managing sedated, ventilated patients. The role emphasizes autonomous decision-making, supported by on-site RTs and tele-health intensivists, with limited auxiliary staff. Expect a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes in a critical setting, all while being part of a dedicated ICU team.
