Job Description:

This ICU RN position at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita offers a unique opportunity to work in the Coronary Care Unit's CCU, where you'll be integral to managing complex cardiac cases such as heart caths, balloon pumps, and CRRT therapies. The 12-hour day shifts (7A - 7P) keep your work sharp while allowing for a balanced schedule. You'll be part of a seasoned team of 15 staff members, supporting a unit with 26 beds and a patient ratio of 1:2. Expect to handle meditations, central lines, and hypothermia protocols in a setting equipped with advanced technology like balloon pumps and CRRT machines.

Prior travel ICU experience and familiarity with Meditech EMR will give you a leg up in this competitive assignment. The weekly gross pay totals approximately $1,980.25, with an expected commitment of 36 hours per week over 13 weeks, giving you a solid opportunity to develop your skills in a specialized ICU setting.
