Job Description:

Join the Hawaii Float Pool as an RN at Kona Community Hospital for a 13-week contract that offers a chance to experience the unique rhythm of island healthcare. You will float between two medical-surgical and tele units, providing critical support and care to diverse patient populations. Additionally, you'll handle overflow caseloads in the ICU and Emergency Department, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care. The schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, totaling approximately 36 hours per week, allowing for a balanced work-life experience in a vibrant setting. This role is perfect for nurses who thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable adapting to different units and patient needs.
