Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in a busy Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit at a 457-bed Level 3 Trauma hospital in Concord, NC. You'll work 12-hour night shifts for 13 weeks, providing care for patients with chronic conditions such as CHF, COPD, diabetes, wounds, and geriatric needs. Your responsibilities include cardiac rhythm interpretation, managing non-titrating cardiac drips like Cardizem and Amiodarone, wound dressing changes, blood product administration, and caring for patients with various tubes and drains. The role offers an engaging opportunity to apply your Med/Tele RN skills in a fast-paced environment, with support from a robust team including nurse managers and clinical mentors. Expect to float within the region to facilities like Cabarrus and Lake Norman as needed, and enjoy an environment emphasizing teamwork and accountability.
