Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient contract assignment in Delta, Colorado. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Services Director to provide therapy services to a diverse patient population, from children to seniors. Your focus will be on developing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at improving functional ability. Expect to assess patient progress, administer hands-on treatments such as manual exercises, massages, and use of physical agents, and educate patients and their families on home exercises and assistive devices.
