Job Description:

Join the team as a Radiology Technician Special Procedures in the Interventional Radiology and Cardiology departments at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital. This onsite role offers the chance to work closely with radiologists, assisting in advanced procedures such as fluoroscopy and mobile x-ray imaging. You will perform general radiographic imaging, support teaching radiology students, and handle documentation like charge slips. The position involves shared call duties, including weeknights and weekends, with a three-person call team that includes other techs and nurses. This unique assignment not only hones your skills with sophisticated imaging equipment but also immerses you in a collaborative, academic healthcare environment in the greater Chicagoland area.
