Job Description:

This 16-week contract offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to step into a busy surgical oncology unit with a focus on patient-focused care. Working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), you'll be part of a fast-paced environment where you'll manage both PCU and Med Surg patients. The unit specializes in treating a variety of conditions, including breast, thyroid, melanoma, hepatobiliary, colorectal cancers, and reconstructive surgeries, with responsibilities that include chemotherapy administration, blood transfusions, and managing oncologic emergencies. Flexibility is key, as floating within your scope of practice and different shift schedules are part of the experience. Expect to bring at least two years of experience and hold certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS to thrive in this role.
