Job Description:

Join a well-regarded inpatient medical-surgical and step-down overflow unit on a 13-week travel contract at a busy hospital campus in Asheville, NC. You will be responsible for providing care to a mixed patient population utilizing telemetry equipment and Cerner EMR. The role involves 12-hour day shifts with quick patient turnover, where you'll work alongside a dedicated team of RNs and CNAs, managing patient ratios typically between 1:5 and 1:6 depending on care needs. This assignment offers the chance to sharpen your telemetry skills and experience a fast-paced environment that values a positive attitude, compassion, and teamwork. Floating to other units may be required, and certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory.
