Job Description:

Join a high-functioning High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) team in Baltimore, where you'll work in a 20-room unit providing comprehensive care for patients with complex medical needs. This role involves night shifts of 12 hours each, three times a week, focusing on ventilatory support, pulmonary care, and rehabilitation for patients aged 18 and older. Your responsibilities will include monitoring cardiac and critical conditions, assisting in diagnostics, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver acute care. This contract offers the chance to experience a fast-paced ICU environment while making a tangible difference in patients' recovery journeys. You can choose a 36 or 48-hour weekly schedule, with every other weekend off, giving you a balanced work-life rhythm.
