Job Description:

Join a specialized ECMO nursing team in Ann Arbor, where you'll focus on providing care for pediatric ECMO patients who are stable on ECMO support. This position emphasizes hands-on management of complex cases like congenital heart disease, congenital diaphragmatic hernias, and respiratory failure. Your role involves working with pediatric circuits, often maintaining a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio, and occasionally assisting adult patients with remote monitoring. The assignment features a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule, offering a chance to experience a varied routine in a large-volume ECMO program. If you thrive in a challenging environment and have at least one year of ECMO experience at an urban or academic center, this opportunity is tailored for you. Compensation is approximately $3,474.88 gross weekly based on a 36-hour workweek. Proper certifications such as BLS and RRT are required, and flu vaccination is mandatory.
