Job Description:

Join our team at Wilson Medical Center as a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel contract. This role involves providing specialized care for adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as CHF, CP, COPD, and post-cardiac cath recovery. You will work in a 22-bed telemetry unit, managing patient loads of 5:1 or 6:1, with a focus on accurate EKG interpretation and critical thinking. Shifts are 12 hours, either day or night, giving you the chance to experience the local rhythm of Wilson, NC. This contract offers a unique opportunity to sharpen your skills in a facility equipped with modern technology like Welch Allyn V/S machines, Baxter IV pumps, and Meditech EMR, all while enjoying a supportive team environment.
