Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment as a Medical Surgical/Tele Registered Nurse takes place in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role involves working three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) each week, providing vital support across various medical-surgical units. You'll be responsible for observing and monitoring patients with diverse conditions, including respiratory issues, diabetes, postoperative recovery, psychiatric observation, and end-of-life care. Attention to detail during patient assessments, documentation in EPIC, and adherence to hospital protocols are crucial. Float may be required to other Cone Health facilities, offering a chance to experience different units and patient populations. Prior charge nurse experience is preferred, and first-time travelers are welcome to apply. BLS and successful pass of an EKG exam are mandatory.
