Job Description:

This contract position places you in the bustling operating rooms of a prominent Boston hospital, where you'll scrub or circulate for a variety of complex surgical procedures, including transplants, neuro, orthopedic trauma, ENT, and general surgery cases. Working primarily on a day shift from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, you'll support a team dedicated to high-priority cases and a wide array of specialties. The role involves up to two weekend shifts per month, with opportunities to work on-call shifts that require quick response times. You'll gain exposure to a diverse caseload, including robotic surgeries and organ procurements, in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. This assignment is ideal for seasoned surgical techs eager to experience the specialties of a Level I trauma center, with the added challenge of floating between operating rooms on the West Main campus and other facilities within the same hospital system.
