Job Description:

This cardiac telemetry registered nurse position places you on a 24-bed unit dedicated to monitoring patients with cardiovascular conditions. You'll work 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30) on a rotating schedule, covering weekends every other shift. The role involves continuous EKG and oxygen saturation monitoring, administering intravenous and oral medications, and preparing patients for cardiac procedures. Familiarity with Omnicell medication system and EPIC electronic health records is required. You will provide holistic care tailored to each patient's physical, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring safety and comfort throughout your shift. Experience in cardiac telemetry, along with ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, and an active SC RN license, are necessary. This assignment offers a chance to contribute to a specialized unit focused on cardiac patients while experiencing a dynamic hospital environment that values your expertise.
