Job Description:

This is a 13-week assignment for a SICU Registered Nurse working overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend. You'll be responsible for managing critically ill patients in a Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, or Transplant ICU setting. The role involves recording and monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and coordinating with the healthcare team using systems like Epic, Pyxis, Accudose, and Omnicell. Since the shift is overnight, you'll develop a specialized skill set in nocturnal patient care and ICU procedures, all while navigating a stimulating and fast-paced environment that keeps your nights interesting.
