Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Respiratory Therapist in a vibrant healthcare setting. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts, primarily from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, floating between Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department, and adult critical care units. You will handle a variety of procedures including blood gas analysis, vent and BiPAP management, code responses, and in-house transports. Ideal candidates bring at least 1.5 years of experience with adult and pediatric patient populations, holding current NJ licensure, BLS, and NBRC certifications. Advanced certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP are highly valued and may be obtained onsite. This role is perfect for first-time travelers eager to expand their skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. The assignment requires working every other weekend and an expected weekly commitment of 36 hours.
