Job Description:

Candidates for this Operating Room RN position will be integral to supporting surgical teams during scheduled procedures. This role involves assisting with preoperative preparations, maintaining sterile environments, and providing on-the-spot support during surgeries. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour daytime shifts from 6:35 AM to 3:05 PM. One day a week includes on-call duties, ensuring continuous coverage for urgent needs. Previous travel experience and an active Indiana or Compact license are required. This assignment offers a chance to hone surgical skills in a hub of medical activity with a friendly community vibe, making each day both professional and a bit of an adventure.
