Job Description:

Join a reputable community hospital in Lake Havasu City for a 13-week RN contract in the operating room. This role involves caring for patients undergoing orthopedic surgeries, spine procedures, neuro surgeries, and more, utilizing advanced equipment like the XI DaVinci robotic system. You will work a daytime shift from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a weekly commitment of 40 hours and guaranteed hours of 36 per week. The position offers the chance to experience a busy surgical unit, with potential float requirements within a 25-mile radius. The unique setting provides exposure to a diverse caseload including joint replacements, neuro, and robotics surgeries, often with weekend call duties. This assignment is ideal for an RN with 1-2 years of OR experience looking to expand their surgical skills in a supportive, accredited facility.
