Job Description:

Join Winchester Medical Center as an OR RN for a 13-week contract working 10-hour days in the surgical services unit. This role involves assisting in a variety of specialty surgeries, including robotics, trauma, orthopedics, vascular, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, and thoracic procedures. You’ll be an integral part of the operating room team, ensuring smooth surgical operations and patient safety. Epic experience and a minimum of two years’ OR experience are required, along with certifications in BLS, ACLS, and Virginia State License or Compact. Expect to work Monday through Friday, with on-call duties that can include weekends and 6-8 calls per month. Shift: 10-hour days, Mon through Fri, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 40 hours, guaranteed 36 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $2,296.80 gross per week
