Job Description:

This travel assignment for an L&D/MedSurg RN places you in a well-respected hospital in Central Minnesota. You'll primarily work in the labor and delivery unit, managing active labor cases with a 1:1 ratio, and assisting with postpartum, nursery, and mother-baby care. Flexibility is key, as you'll also float to the Medical/Surgical unit, handling assignments that may involve caring for 3-5 patients overnight. The shifts are 12 hours, from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a focus on C-section experience—you'll prep patients for delivery and care for babies post-delivery. Certifying in ACLS, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, and NRP is required, and scrub color is flexible. No call duties are included, but you'll participate in rotating holiday schedules.
