Job Description:

This laboratory role at Highpoint Health - Riverview offers a busy schedule with a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, including every third weekend from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. As part of the general laboratory team, you will focus on chemistry, hematology, coagulation, blood bank, urinalysis, and phlebotomy tasks. The position provides an opportunity to work in a 25-bed critical access hospital setting in Carthage, Tennessee, just an hour from Nashville, where you can enjoy water activities at Cordell Hull Lake and the Defeated Creek Marina. The role involves processing a variety of lab tests, operating state-of-the-art equipment such as Abbott Alinity and Sysmex XN-500, and contributing to patient diagnostics. Weekly hours are guaranteed at 40, with the possibility of variation as needed, and you will be working roughly 36 hours per week.
