Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Lab Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Covington, LA, working 10-hour night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:30 AM. This role involves working in a hospital laboratory environment, focusing on core lab procedures and blood bank work. You will be responsible for processing specimens, performing tests, and maintaining lab protocols amidst a fast-paced setting. The assignment offers the chance to collaborate with a skilled laboratory team while enjoying a unique and engaging work rhythm—7 days on, 7 days off. The ideal candidate must hold an active LA license, ASCP certification, and have at least 2 years of clinical laboratory experience, including epic system familiarity. Please note that first-time travelers and those without current licensure are not eligible.
