Job Description:

This contract opportunity is ideal for Certified Surgical First Assistants (CSFAs) looking to deepen their involvement in surgical procedures within a hospital setting in Fort Wayne, IN. As a key team member of the perioperative environment, you will assist surgeons during a variety of surgeries, helping with exposure, maintaining hemostasis, and ensuring smooth operative flow. The role involves working 10-hour day shifts, with the possibility of floating to different units such as Orthopedics or Neurosurgery, providing a diverse and engaging experience. You'll be instrumental in supporting patient safety and operative efficiency, all while honing your technical skills in a fast-paced surgical atmosphere.
