Job Description:

Join a specialized intensive care unit focusing on advanced heart failure therapies. This role involves managing patients with complex conditions such as VAD complications, transplant rejection, and arrhythmias. You will work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical monitoring and supporting patients with devices like LVADs, Impella, and bedside monitors across a unit with 12 beds. The position offers a unique mix of challenging cases, collaboration with a dedicated team, and the opportunity to refine your skills in a high-acuity environment. Expect to stay flexible and adaptive to staffing needs, especially during critical days with sick callouts.
