Job Description:

This travel RN role in New Haven, CT, is a fantastic opportunity for experienced nurses with at least 2 years of critical care background, particularly those familiar with ventilator management and trach care. You will work 12-hour day shifts, providing bedside care in a busy Short Term Acute Care hospital that handles Level I trauma cases. The assignment involves overseeing ventilator-dependent patients, managing ventilation weaning, and sometimes covering multiple units—so staying sharp on pulmonary protocols is essential. You’ll experience a supportive team environment working with Epic charting, while enjoying the chance to make a real difference in a dynamic healthcare setting.
