Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse in Madison, WI, for a 22-week contract. This role involves working in a specialized surgical setting focusing on GU, GYN, and transplant procedures, including kidney and pancreas surgeries. The schedule features 12-hour day/evening shifts, with a typical week consisting of three shifts from 6:40 AM to 7:10 PM, and occasional biweekly shifts from 9:40 AM to 10:10 PM. You'll rotate weekends and participate in weekday call duties, all while gaining hands-on experience with robotic surgeries using the Da Vinci Xi system, and procedures like nephrectomy, hysterectomy, and cystectomy. This is a unique opportunity to hone your skills in complex urological and gynecological surgeries, working alongside a dedicated team to support critical transplant cases and robotic operative techniques.
