Job Description:

Join Mercy Hospital Washington as an RN in the Ambulatory Surgery unit, focusing on Critical Care, Pre-op, and PACU responsibilities. This 13-week contract offers day shifts, where you'll be integral to patient throughput, managing educational needs, documentation, and effective communication with the multidisciplinary team. You'll perform patient assessments, participate in process improvement activities, and support a safe transition of care through bedside handoffs. The role provides an engaging opportunity to apply your specialized skills in a busy surgical setting with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes. Experience with EPIC EMR and at least two years of relevant practice are required.
