Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in the bustling Emergency Department at Mercy Hospital Springfield. You'll be working the night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing critical care to high-acuity trauma and stroke patients in a Level 1 trauma and burn center. This role requires skilled, decisive nurses with at least one year of ED experience, preferably in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma setting. You'll be expected to handle an average of 4:1 patient ratios, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and utilize your trauma expertise in a fast-paced environment. The assignment offers 36 guaranteed hours per week, with an option for 48 hours, and includes all the challenges and rewards of working in a busy urban ED, where your clinical skills and quick thinking truly make a difference.
