Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract places you in a neuro-focused unit, where you will be responsible for managing patients with conditions such as stroke, post-neuro surgical recovery, seizure disorders, and complex neuro-spine cases. The role involves interpreting strips, assisting with lumbar punctures, managing arterial and central lines, and monitoring critical intracranial pressures. The shift is 12-hour nights, offering a chance to work closely with a specialized team while navigating a variety of neuro-related tasks and patient needs. Expect to utilize skills in IV starts, lab draws, and various infusion therapies. Your expertise in neuro assessment, combined with adherence to local guidelines like the 80-mile radius rule, will be key for success in this position.
