Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you in a 12-hour night shift role at a bustling stepdown unit in Grand Island, Nebraska. You'll be supporting a diverse adult patient population, from young adults to geriatrics, dealing with conditions such as sepsis, CHF, stroke, respiratory issues, and multi-system failures. Expect a fast-paced environment where you'll manage multiple complex cases, titrate IV drips like Heparin and Insulin, and interpret telemetry readings. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday coverage, with onsite orientation and a transition to virtual nursing mid-contract. The setting offers an engaging experience for RNs who thrive on teamwork, quick thinking, and collaborative care.
