Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an engaging opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a busy medical, neuro, cardiac, GI, and renal ward. You'll manage complex cases such as sepsis, trauma, and post-surgical patients, excluding fresh open heart surgery. The ward has 24 beds with a patient ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:3. This role provides a chance to apply your expertise in a setting that values adaptability and clinical precision, all while experiencing the rhythm of a hospital that handles high-acuity cases. Expect to be involved in monitoring and supporting patients through their recovery, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and gaining valuable insights into critical care scenarios. It's a rewarding environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes, with shifts scheduled for 12-hour days over a 13-week period.
