Job Description:

Join the Neuro ICU at a prominent Level I Trauma Center in St. Louis as a registered nurse for a 13-week contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), providing specialized care to patients recovering from ischemic strokes, neurotrauma, and various CNS disorders. You'll manage vasoactive medications, central lines, ICP monitoring, and other advanced procedures, all while passing the Relias EKG exam and updating stroke education.
