Job Description:

Join a notable hospital in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, for a 13-week contract as a registered nurse in a labor and delivery setting. This opportunity involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am, providing crucial support in a 14-bed unit with two triage rooms and two ORs. The assignment emphasizes one-to-two nurse-to-patient ratios, requiring flexibility to float as needed to support mom/baby couplets and perform specialized procedures like NST and amnioreduction. Be prepared to work every other weekend and carry a weekly commitment of 36 hours. You'll be engaging directly in labor and delivery processes, with charting done on Cerner platform, and will need current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate FHM certifications, along with mandatory flu and COVID vaccines.
