Job Description:

Join a neuro-med surg unit on 12-hour night shifts in Peoria, Illinois, for a 26-week travel assignment that offers a front-row seat to complex neuroscience cases, including stroke, spine surgery, and brain tumors. As an RN with trauma and neuro experience, you'll manage patient care in a fast-paced environment, titrate heparin drips, troubleshoot ventilators, and work alongside a dedicated team with charge nurses and house supervisors present around the clock. Expect to engage in orientation, work with telemetry monitors, and contribute to a team that values specialization and experience. This assignment provides real-world neuro unit immersion with the flexibility of float rotations and every other weekend and holiday off, all while working 48 hours weekly on a consistent schedule.
