Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is designed for experienced Medical Surgical nurses seeking a night shift role in Des Moines, Iowa. You will be working 12-hour nights, providing dedicated patient care within a hospital setting. The role requires general med/surg skills, including caring for patients with gynecological, breast, abdominal, ENT, and flap procedures, along with trauma experience. The position mandates recent, full-time Med Surg/Telemetry experience, a current Iowa or multistate license, and BLS certification. Prepare for a fast-paced environment where your expertise in EPIC EMR and trauma care will be essential. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to work in a prestigious hospital, with an hourly commitment of 36 hours per week, and includes working 1-2 summer holidays. You’ll be quickly interviewed via phone or text and must be available for an orientation starting on 09/28. The gross weekly pay is approximately $1,978.32, with details including potential holiday work and requirement for recent clinical performance evaluations.
