Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN position on the Orthopedics Neuro unit at Mercy Hospital Springfield offers a hands-on role focusing on direct patient assessment, medication administration, and coordination of care for adult patients recovering from surgical procedures or trauma. Working primarily during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, you will utilize telemetry and Alaris pumps to monitor and support patient stability. The work involves a mix of independent decision-making and collaborative efforts with other departments, with an emphasis on maintaining patient safety and comfort without direct patient care responsibilities.
