Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Fishersville, VA. This role involves providing critical care in a bustling acute care hospital setting, primarily during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will be responsible for managing patients in the ICU, with the opportunity to float within the unit to assist during times of low census or when extra support is needed within acute care, following a 1:4 float ratio. Prior ICU experience is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year required; 2 years are preferred. Certification requirements include ACLS, BLS, and NIH. First-timers are welcome to apply. The assignment offers a weekly gross pay estimated at $1,657.14 for a commitment of 36 hours per week. The hospital provides a professional environment with free parking and uses Meditech charting. Clinicians must be at least 50 miles away to qualify for this travel opportunity, as local candidates are not accepted. This role is ideal for an experienced ICU RN looking to expand their skills and experience in a dynamic hospital setting.
