Job Description:

This IMC RN position at Aspirus St. Lukes in Duluth offers an engaging 13-week travel opportunity in a 22-bed inpatient ICU unit. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, managing complex medical patients such as those with CVA, Sepsis, or requiring wound care, IV starts, and neuro assessments. The role involves collaborating with a dedicated team, often handling patient ratios of 1:4/5 on days and 1:5/6 on nights, with occasional assignments to help with transfers or as a sitter. Expect to be involved in patient monitoring, wound management, and teamwork responsibilities, including shared call lights and alarms. This assignment stands out for its focus on complex cases in a lively hospital setting, where resilience and independence are key to managing the demanding environment effectively.
