Job Description:

Join UCLA Health West Valley Medical Center as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in this engaging 23-week contract. You'll work weekday days, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, managing discharge planning and utilization review in a hospital-based setting. This role offers a chance to apply your clinical expertise in inpatient care while coordinating patient transitions efficiently. Expect to dive into Epic electronic health records and utilize your knowledge of InterQual to facilitate patient care processes.
