Job Description:

Join UCSF as an ICU Registered Nurse on a 25-week contract in San Francisco. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment, floating across various units including ICU, ED, and PACU. You'll be responsible for managing complex critical care patients, with a focus on advanced cardiovascular support, including ECMO, VADs, and other support devices. The schedule is a 12-hour rotating shift—day and night—on a four-week cycle, providing variety in your work routine. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, quickly adapting to different ICU settings, and bringing experience with advanced therapies such as ECMO, CRRT, and mechanical circulatory support. This assignment is perfect for seasoned ICU nurses looking to broaden their expertise while experiencing UCSF’s renowned healthcare setting.
