Job Description:

Join us as an Operating Room Nurse Manager for a 13-week contract in Scranton, PA. You will lead OR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while managing a team and supporting surgical procedures. Expect to oversee KPIs like turnaround times and first case on-time starts, with opportunities to apply your trauma experience and knowledge of AORN Guidelines. The role involves day shifts with flexible start times around meetings, and occasionally coming in early or staying late. This position also offers a chance to troubleshoot and support direct patient care in the OR, all within a collaborative, non-weekend environment.
