Job Description:

Join Children's Wisconsin - Milwaukee Campus as a CVOR Surg Tech on a 13-week contract, working 10-hour day shifts. Your primary focus will be supporting cardiac, ENT, and general surgeries in a busy operating room environment. This role offers a chance to work with a variety of specialties, including trauma cases during peak hours. Precepting responsibilities may be part of the job, offering an opportunity to mentor colleagues. The schedule includes rotations on weekends and holiday coverage, with some in-house on-call shifts requiring overnight stays. You'll need to have 3-5 years of hospital experience, CST certification preferred, along with strong CVOR, general, and ENT skills. The hospital's high surgical volume particularly peaks in the evenings, providing an exciting, fast-paced setting for seasoned surgical tech professionals.
